Duration & Appointment Timing
Allow around 60 to 90 minutes for consultation, application, development and a professional finish. Very thick or long hair may need a little extra time.
If you are new to colour here, or it has been more than six months since your last test, we will arrange a quick skin test at least 48 hours before your appointment.
Aftercare & Maintenance
Use colour-safe shampoo and conditioner, and rinse with lukewarm water. Protect with heat spray when styling and reduce hot tools where possible.
Expect the tone to fade gradually over 4 to 8 weeks, depending on shade and routine. Rebook a refresh or gloss every 6 to 8 weeks to keep shine and tone.
