Duration & Appointment Timing

Allow around 2.5 to 3.5 hours for foiling, toning and finishing, depending on hair thickness and length, and whether you add a cut.

Most clients refresh a full head every 8 to 12 weeks. You can alternate with a half head or add a face-frame and toner between visits to extend the look.

Aftercare & Maintenance

Use a sulphate-free, colour-safe shampoo and conditioner to preserve tone and softness. Add a weekly hydrating or bond-care treatment.

Protect from heat with a thermal spray and keep tools on a moderate setting. If your blonde warms with time, use a purple shampoo sparingly to keep it clean and bright.

Plan a toner or gloss at 4 to 6 weeks to refresh shine, then repeat your highlights at 8 to 12 weeks. This keeps the colour natural-looking and the grow-out soft.
