Duration & Appointment Timing
Allow around 90 minutes, though timing varies with the amount of hair, the method chosen and whether you add a cut or colour. Your consultation confirms the full plan before we begin.
Micro and nano rings are typically maintained every 8 to 12 weeks, when the rings are moved back up towards the root as your hair grows. Your specialist will recommend the right timing for you.
Aftercare & Maintenance
Use sulphate-free, extension-safe shampoo and conditioner, keeping conditioner and oils to the mid-lengths and ends rather than the rings. Brush gently with a suitable extension brush, supporting the roots.
Dry the roots thoroughly, tie hair loosely before bed and protect from heat with a thermal spray. Regular gentle brushing prevents tangling around the rings.
